1. Overview
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") sets out the rules for using Macropage Connect. By using our platform, you agree not to engage in any of the prohibited activities described below. Violations may result in suspension or termination of your account.
2. Prohibited Activities
You may not use Macropage Connect to:
• Send unsolicited, spam, or bulk messages to recipients who have not opted in • Distribute malware, phishing links, or fraudulent content • Harass, threaten, or abuse any individual • Impersonate any person or entity • Send content that is illegal, obscene, defamatory, or infringes on intellectual property rights • Circumvent WhatsApp's Commerce Policy or Business Messaging Policy • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or another user's account • Use the platform in a way that disrupts or degrades service for other users
3. Compliance with WhatsApp Policies
As an official WhatsApp Business Solution Provider, all use of our platform must comply with Meta's WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy and Commerce Policy. Violations of Meta's policies detected on your account may result in immediate suspension to protect the integrity of our platform.
4. Enforcement
We reserve the right to investigate suspected violations and take appropriate action, including warning, suspending, or terminating accounts, and reporting illegal activity to law enforcement where required.
