WhatsApp Messaging Policy
Rules for sending compliant, high-quality WhatsApp messages through our platform.
1. Overview
Macropage Connect is an official WhatsApp Business Solution Provider. All messaging sent through our platform must comply with Meta's WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy in addition to this policy.
2. Opt-In Requirements
You must obtain clear opt-in consent from a recipient before sending them WhatsApp messages. Opt-in must:
• Clearly state that the user will receive messages via WhatsApp • Identify your business by name • Be collected through a method that is not pre-checked by default (e.g. website form, in-app action, physical sign-up)
We may request evidence of opt-in for any contact list used on our platform.
3. Message Templates
Business-initiated conversations outside the 24-hour customer service window require a pre-approved message template. Templates must comply with Meta's template guidelines and must not be used to send content that misrepresents their approved category.
4. Quality & Opt-Out
Recipients must always be able to opt out of receiving further messages (e.g. by replying "STOP"). Sustained high block/report rates or low quality ratings on your WhatsApp Business number may result in restricted messaging capacity or account review, in line with Meta's quality rating system.
5. Prohibited Content
You may not use WhatsApp messaging via our platform to send spam, deceptive content, or content prohibited under Meta's Commerce Policy, including illegal products, adult content, or content promoting self-harm.
